soft and needs a little speedy regen when in clash that the Magic Stick provides. Arcane Boots to help you spam your skills and aid your teammates when they need some Mana regen. After having Arcane Boots you should buy Dagger of Escape next. It is the Bread and Butter if Stonehoof. Aghanim's Scepter for the boost in damage for his ultimate Echo Slam.

If you pick the second beginning item for Raigor, then you should buy the Empty Bottle.
Power Treads to give you the strength and Hit Points to add a little tankiness and survive
clashes. Bracer for extra life and casting of spells.
